Do you ever wonder if there is an easier, more effective way to identify and reach the victims/survivors your agency serves? Join us for the Effective Management Series: Outreach and Marketing training to learn how to develop a marketing plan, conduct an analysis of your audience, and identify techniques to launch your outreach and marketing campaign. This training is developed for victim service professionals who provide direct services to victims of crime.

This training will be delivered online over the course of 3 weeks, beginning on October 29, 2018. Each week, except for the introductory week, will include a facilitated webinar, as well as supplemental readings, videos, and written assignments. You should plan to spend about an hour per week on these in addition to participating in the 75-minute webinar. CEUs will be awarded for those who complete all requirements.
