Apply for Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center’s (OVC TTAC) NVAA: “Program Evaluation Training”

Most people know that program evaluation is important, yet they are intimidated at the thought of actually conducting an evaluation. Findings from an evaluation are important so that your organization is able to measure effectiveness and other indicators of performance to help with fundraising and demonstrating the need for services. This Program Evaluation training will give you the practical skills to conduct an evaluation and take some of the fear out of the process.
The training will be delivered online over the course of 5 weeks, beginning on March 4, 2019, and is intended for those who work in a victim service organization and are or will be conducting a program evaluation. Each week, except for the introductory week, includes a facilitated webinar. There are recommended readings and videos as well as written assignments. You should expect to spend about an hour per week on those in addition to participating in the 75-minute webinar. CEUs will be awarded for everyone who completes all requirements.
This training is part of the National Victim Assistance Academy Effective Management Series and, like all OVC TTAC trainings, there is no cost to attend. Please note: Space is limited. Apply today to reserve your seat.
