Childrens Justice Act

The Training and Technical Assistance for Children's Justice Act (CJA) Partnerships for Indian Communities Grant Programs is a discretionary grant program from the Department of Justice, Office for Victims of Crime. The T&TA Project.s purpose is to provide hands-on support and services to American Indian and Alaska Native grantees who have received funding through the CJA Partnerships for Indian Communities Discretionary Grant Program.


Goals of Training & Technical Assistance:

1. Provide culturally relevant services to CJA grantees.
2. Assist CJA grantees to improve the investigation, prosecution, and handling of child abuse cases.
3. Assist CJA grantees to increase support for child abuse victims and lessen trauma for child victims.
