Happy 35th Anniversary, National Indian Child Welfare Association (NICWA)!

NICWA is celebrating 35 years of working to eliminate child abuse and neglect by strengthening native families, tribes, and the laws that protect them!

In honor of this anniversary, NICWA created a platform at the 36th Annual Protecting Our Children Conference for attendees to share their stories about culture and why it matters—for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Join NICWA on social media this month as they celebrate their connections to community and culture by using the hashtag #WhoWeAre. Share the power of your lived experiences and talk about #WhoWeAre as Native people through the month of October.
