The National Crime Victim Law Institute (NCVLI) wants to hear from you!

Securing victims’ rights post-conviction requires a comprehensive, victim-inclusive approach. This is true because despite victims’ significant rights and interests post-conviction, victims continue to have a range of unmet needs. NCVLI is working to help fill this gap through its work with its Post-Conviction Victims’ Rights Knowledge, Access and Enforcement Project, which is funded under Grant No. 2017-VF-GX-K026, awarded by the Office for Victims of Crime, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice. Please complete the short questionnaire and let NCVLI know what resource-topics would most enhance your work with victims.
