Resource: The University of California released “Tribal Legal Studies Textbook Series.” In 1998 the Tribal Legal Studies Project initiated a collaborative effort between multiple partners to develop, pilot, and implement Tribal Legal Studies curricula at Tribal community colleges. This Textbook series develops legal and technical resources for Tribal justice course offerings and materials to reflect community thought, philosophy, and traditions to strengthen Tribal government and leadership.
