Submit Your Population Certification for the OVC Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside (TVSSA) Formula Grant Program
The OVC FY 2021 TVSSA Formula Grant Program supports Tribal communities to enhance services for victims of crime. OVC is seeking Population Certifications from eligible applicants to signal their intent to participate in the noncompetitive FY 2021 TVSSA Formula Grant Program. Population Certifications determine formula award amounts for each participating Tribe. If you applied in FY 2020, you may resubmit the population certification form from that application period if the data is still accurate.
