Resource: The Southwest Center for Law & Policy published a report titled “Testifying about Lethality Risk Factors.” Native women suffer the highest rate of intimate partner violence of any group in the United States. While not all domestic violence involves acts of physical violence, experts identified several lethality risk factors that are often present when a batterer kills their partner. Lethality risk factors help assess the batterer’s potential to cause death. Access the report at https://www.swclap.org/wp-content/uploads/swclap-resource_LETHALITYRISKFACTORS.pdf
