The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) FY 2021 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Grant Program provides support to tribal communities to enhance services for victims of crime through activities that address the needs of a wide variety of crime victims in tribal communities.
OVC is currently seeking population certifications from eligible applicants to signal their intent to participate in the noncompetitive FY 2021 Tribal Victim Set-Aside Formula Grant Program. If your tribe intends to participate, you must submit a population certification by 11:59 p.m. eastern time on Friday, March 5, 2021.
Note: If you applied in FY 2020, you may resubmit the population certification form from that application period if the data is still accurate.
Population certifications will be used to determine formula award amounts for each applicant. Those applicants will then be invited to submit a full application under a subsequent solicitation to be released later in 2021.
