Seeking Papers for Annual Missing and Unidentified Persons Conference

The National Criminal Justice Training Center of Fox Valley Technical College is seeking papers for its annual Missing and Unidentified Persons Conference, which will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 22-24, 2020. The 2020 theme is “The Art of Possibilities: Finding Solutions Through Innovation and Collaboration on Missing and Unidentified Persons Cases. The conference will focus on identifying innovative and effective technologies, approaches and strategies in the search, investigation, identification, recovery and reunification of missing persons, regardless of the circumstances surrounding their disappearance. State-of-the-art and collaborative solutions, tools and techniques for reuniting missing persons with their loved ones will be highlighted. The conference will also examine the complex and multifaceted nature of missing person cases and the unique needs of diverse and at-risk population groups such as aging individuals, LGBTQ, persons with differing abilities, indigenous/native populations, victims of trafficking, veterans and active military, transient populations, and others.  Papers are being accepted here.  Information about the conference can be found here.
