“The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) is seeking applications for funding for the OVC Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 Law Enforcement-Based Victim Specialist Program. This program furthers the Department’s mission by assisting law enforcement to better support victims through the criminal justice process. This solicitation incorporates the OJP Grant Application Resource Guide by reference. The OJP Grant Application Resource Guide provides guidance to applicants for the preparation and submission to OJP of applications for funding. If this solicitation expressly modifies any provision in the OJP Grant Application Resource Guide, the applicant is to follow the guidelines in this solicitation as to that provision.”
