Do you ever wonder if there is an easier, more effective way to identify and reach the victims/survivors your agency serves? Join OVC TTAC for the Effective Management Series: Outreach and Marketing training. This training was developed for victim service professionals who provide direct services to victims of crime. You will learn how to develop a marketing plan, conduct an analysis of your audience, and identify techniques to launch your outreach and marketing campaigns.
This training is delivered online, over the course of 3 weeks, and it begins on November 23, 2020. Each week there are supplemental readings, videos, written assignments, and a 75-minute facilitated webinar. You should plan to spend about an hour per week on this training in addition to participating in the webinar. CEUs will be awarded for those who complete all requirements.
