“It is important to be able to measure effectiveness and other indicators of performance in your program to help with fundraising and to demonstrate the need for services. The Program Evaluation training will give you the practical skills to conduct an evaluation and take some of the fear out of the process. This training is intended for those who work in a victim service organization that is, or will be, conducting a program evaluation. This training will be delivered online, over the course of 5 weeks, beginning on March 29, 2021. Each week, except for the introductory week, will include a facilitated webinar. There are recommended readings and videos, as well as written assignments. You should expect to spend about an hour per week on the assignments, in addition to participating in the 75-minute webinar. CEUs will be awarded for those who complete all requirements. This training is part of the NVAA Effective Management Series, and, like all OVC TTAC trainings, there is no cost to attend.”
