Training: November 22-23, 2021. Tribal Law and Policy Institute is hosting a webinar series titled “Cultural Property Law: Criminal and Civil Enforcement Center.”
This webinar series will educate Federal and Tribal attorneys on the laws that address looting, vandalism, and illegal commercial trafficking of cultural heritage, as well as negligent and fraudulent acts involving these resources.
The course will provide an overview of the Federal laws protecting cultural property and offer strategies for effective preparation, prosecution, case resolution, and sentencing, as well as civil legal options.
