For awards that ended September 30, 2020, final reports, deliverables and closeout packages are due by December 29, 2020. DOJ will grant a 30-day extension until January 28, 2021, to perform final drawdowns and submit final reports, deliverables and closeout packages in JustGrants. Funds will be withheld as part of the closeout process once the closeout is submitted in JustGrants. Otherwise, award funding will be withheld beginning on January 29, 2021.
The only role within JustGrants that can submit a Closeout is the Grant Award Administrator.
