Developing and Managing a Board of Directors

The Effective Management Series from the National Victim Assistance Academy presents “Developing and Managing a Board of Directors.” The training will be delivered online over the course of 4 weeks, beginning on January 11, 2021. Each week, except for the introductory week, will include a 75-minute facilitated webinar. In addition to attending the webinar, you can expect to spend an hour per week completing written assignments, reading, or watching videos. You will find the training schedule here.
