The Faherty Brand is seeking applications for the Fall 2020 Internship for Underrepresented students. Faherty believes that traditional hiring practices have historically and systematically marginalized entire groups of people – including people of color, people of different socio-economic backgrounds, women, and people in the LGBTQIA+ community. They believe they are better as an organization when they work to deconstruct the barriers and build a team that has authentic representation from diverse communities, backgrounds and beliefs
The Faherty Fall Scholarship Program is designed to foster the interest of underrepresented minority college students who are interested in learning more about the apparel industry and want to gain hands-on experience at a rapidly growing business that has a vibrant culture.
