Online, digital voice service, text, or email-based hotlines are a crucial lifeline for victims. If you or someone you know has been a victim of crime, there are services available to help. Explore OVC’s Helplines page to find hotlines (both toll-free and online) that serve victims of a wide range of crimes, including human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, homicide, financial crimes, and stalking.
