The purpose of this program is to develop, expand, or strengthen victim service programs for victims of human trafficking. Applicants may apply for one or more of the following purpose areas: 1) Developing Capacity to Serve Human Trafficking Victims; 2) Enhancing Scope of Services for Human Trafficking Victims; 3) Specialized Services for Human Trafficking Victims. OVC anticipates making up to 10 awards of up to $550,000 each will be made to victim service organizations with a demonstrated history of providing a specialized service to victims of human trafficking for a 36-month period of performance, to begin on October 1, 2020.
