The Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) is seeking population certifications from eligible applicants to signal their intent to participate in the noncompetitive FY 2021 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Grant Program. If your tribe intends to participate, you must submit a population certification by 11:59 p.m. eastern time on Friday, March 5, 2021.
Population certifications will be used to determine formula award amounts for each applicant. Those applicants will then be invited to submit a full application under a subsequent solicitation to be released later in 2021. Learn how to submit your population certification.
Note: If you applied in FY 2020, you may resubmit the population certification form from that application period if the data is still accurate.
