This training will explore the challenges and opportunities associated with virtual case review meetings.
Participants will learn strategies for developing and facilitating an effective case review that engages Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) members and supports a collaboration approach. This training will also discuss how virtual case review can serve to support and strengthen teams when in-person MDT development in not an option.
Speaker: Greg Flett, MSW, the senior program manager for the Southern Regional Children’s Advocacy Center, a program of the National Children’s Advocacy Center (NCAC) in Huntsville, AL.
