The IACP will host the “Writing it Right: Documenting Human Trafficking” webinar on Thursday, October 28, 2021, from 2:00pm-3:30pm EDT.
This webinar will focus on establishing the elements of human trafficking while protecting victim privacy and ensuring that reports and press releases accurately describe the dynamics of human trafficking. Participants will learn how to better articulate the realities of human trafficking when communicating with the media and the public, as well as how to ethically protect victim and witness safety in the public record.
